Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle servicing of the Bridge Loan portfolio, the remote Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist will manage a high-volume loan portfolio, ensuring exceptional borrower experiences while maintaining compliance and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for servicing communication with borrowers from funding through payoff
• Partner with title companies and borrowers to track active closings and issue accurate payoff statements
• Monitor loans approaching due dates and escalate delinquency risks to management with recommended resolution strategies

Required qualifications

• Loan Servicing Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry preferred
• Experience in Real Estate preferred (e.g., Listing Agent, Listing Coordination)
• Experience with loan servicing software and processes
• Strong reasoning skills and independent decision-making capability
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work
