Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst, responsible for locking loans and managing the Lock Desk queue in a remote full-time position with duties including supporting loan origination units and enforcing rate lock policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lock loans with investors and manage the Lock Desk queue
• Enforce rate lock policies while collaborating with Loan Officers and Operations Staff
• Assist in pricing challenges and maintain accuracy of the internal pricing engine

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Pricing / Lock Desk Support experience
• 3+ years of general Mortgage experience
• Working knowledge of secondary mortgage market frameworks, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; SQL knowledge is a plus
• High-speed internet connection required for remote work
