A company is looking for a Mortgage Market Manager-MI/OH.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview customers to determine loan needs and advise on appropriate products
- Generate complete mortgage applications while meeting sales goals and objectives
- Manage and develop relationships with referral sources to obtain mortgage leads
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of mortgage management experience
- Proven record of recruiting success
- $10MM in annual closed loan volume
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
