Mortgage Operations Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Management (Mortgage Operations) professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of up to 30 clients
• Communicate regularly with clients, adhering to specific communication SLAs
• Review documentation and manage aged loans, including handling withdrawal and cancellation requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, preferably in origination or correspondent lending
• Strong working knowledge of Encompass
• Client service focus with an emphasis on loan quality and risk management
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
