A company is looking for a Mortgage Operations Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes operational and loan-level data to identify trends and opportunities for workflow improvement
• Develops and maintains reports and dashboards to support functional health assessments
• Collaborates with teams to ensure data accuracy and supports continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in mortgage operations or operational performance analysis
• Working knowledge of loan-cycle activities across processing, underwriting, and closing
• Proficiency in Excel and introductory to intermediate experience with SQL
• Experience interpreting operational metrics and workflow data
• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Business Operations, Mortgage, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
