• Experience managing a borrower-facing pipeline with daily customer communication
• Preferably familiar with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA)
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain productivity in a remote setting
• Detail-oriented with a preference for structured, task-driven workflows
