Mortgage Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the mortgage fulfillment team, the full-time Operations Coordinator will coordinate disclosures, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with loan setup and workflow management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track disclosures to ensure compliance with TRID and regulatory timelines
• Order, prepare, review, and verify documents required for accurate loan disclosures
• Communicate with various operational teams to resolve outstanding items and maintain workflow efficiency

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two or more years of mortgage processing, loan coordination, or related experience preferred
• Basic understanding of TRID, QM, and mortgage disclosure requirements
• Working knowledge of residential mortgage documents and the mortgage lending process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mortgage-related software
