Mortgage Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a dynamic mortgage operation, the full-time remote Branch Operations Manager will oversee the loan process, assist Loan Officers and Processors with eligibility inquiries, and provide customer service to borrowers regarding loan programs and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers and Processors in resolving loan eligibility and lending guideline questions
- Review complex income documentation and provide necessary calculations for loan qualification
- Train sales or processing staff and communicate effectively with borrowers about loan programs and costs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
