Mortgage Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a mortgage sales team to achieve production goals and ensure accountability to company standards
• Design and conduct training programs for new hires on mortgage education and Encompass
• Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the mortgage industry as a Sales Manager
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending programs and proficiency in Encompass
• At least 1 year of experience in training and development
• Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage software
• In-depth understanding of lending procedures and relevant rules and regulations
