Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Operations/Pipeline Manager to oversee the loan lifecycle from contract to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage active files from contract through closing and monitor the pipeline for timely progression
• Identify and resolve issues before they escalate and support processors in keeping milestones on track
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and de-escalating concerns as needed

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of loan structuring and mortgage guidelines
• Experience managing loans from contract to close
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills
• Broker channel experience is required
