Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of recent mortgage operations experience with leadership in multiple departments
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and compliance
• Experience with an electronic Loan Origination System (LOS), preferably Encompass
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization and AI-driven technologies
