Key Responsibilities

• Manage active files from contract through closing and monitor the pipeline for timely progression
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent escalation and maintain communication between teams
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication of mortgage details

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of loan structuring and mortgage guidelines
• Experience managing loans from contract to close
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and situational awareness
• Broker channel experience is required
