Mortgage Operations Manager

Job Summary

Mortgage Operations Manager is a full-time hybrid role responsible for overseeing multiple mortgage production and support departments, ensuring operational performance, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across mortgage operations, including Processing, Underwriting, and Closing/Funding
• Lead, coach, and develop department leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Analyze operational performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and enhance efficiency and borrower experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finances, Administration, or equivalent mortgage industry experience
• 5+ years of recent mortgage operations experience with leadership over multiple departments
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and compliance requirements
• Experience with an electronic Loan Origination System (LOS), preferably Encompass
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization and AI-driven technologies
