Mortgage Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time remote Branch Operations Manager will serve as a liaison between internal and external clients, providing superior customer service while managing a pipeline of various loan products.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist borrowers in understanding loan programs, costs, and documentation through effective communication
• Review and audit mortgage files for accuracy, ensuring all necessary documentation is present for loan approval
• Manage a diverse pipeline of loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA products, while ensuring the best financial program for borrowers

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Excellent math and analytical skills
