Mortgage Operations Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time remote Branch Operations Manager will assist Loan Officers and Processors, review complex income documentation, and provide customer service to borrowers regarding loan programs and costs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers and Loan Processors with loan eligibility and lending guidelines
- Review and analyze income documentation to support loan qualification
- Provide training and guidance to sales or processing staff as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
