Job Summary

Managing a Mortgage/Consumer Lending department, the full-time remote Mortgage Operations Manager will oversee a team of 15+ employees, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance while implementing strategic initiatives and policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage departmental operations, ensuring targeted results and operational efficiency
• Lead planning, problem resolution, and reporting for the assigned department
• Oversee training, development, and performance management of direct reports

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or four to five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of four years of operations experience
• Minimum of four years of supervisory or management experience
