Mortgage Operations Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time remote Branch Operations Manager will provide exceptional customer service, manage a diverse loan pipeline, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations while assisting borrowers in understanding their financial options.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with borrowers to explain loan programs, costs, and documentation
- Review and audit mortgage files for income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best program structure based on borrower circumstances
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Familiarity with Encompass LOS is preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Experience with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
