Mortgage Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Operations Specialist to manage loan opening duties and support the Senior VP of Lending.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan files for accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
• Coordinate documentation and communications among borrowers, agents, and third parties throughout the loan process
• Facilitate timely loan closings and conduct post-closing outreach to ensure borrower satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 4 years of residential mortgage/industry experience
• Experience with RESPA regulations and Encompass software
• Familiarity with mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation B
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Windows, as well as DU and LP systems
