Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Manager in Mortgage Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy AI tooling to automate workflows and enhance operational capacity
• Build and manage reporting infrastructure for real-time visibility into operations
• Lead evaluation and implementation of LOS and PPE platforms, ensuring alignment with operational needs

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in strategy & operations, product operations, or business operations in a digital mortgage or fintech environment
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage stack and LOS platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Experience launching products in a regulated lending environment
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create operational playbooks
