Mortgage Operations Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Operations - Loan Operations Support team member to ensure the systematic integrity of their loan pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Register new loan applications in the Loan Origination System (LOS) and with investor partners
• Execute initial rate locks and monitor daily pricing changes from the secondary market
• Identify loan-level discrepancies and maintain the integrity of the loan lifecycle by preparing disclosures and documents

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage experience
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Proficiency in LOS and PPE systems
• Understanding of state and federal lending regulations
• Prior experience in retail and brokerage mortgage environments
