Key Responsibilities

• Leads the strategic redesign of the end-to-end mortgage operating model across various functions
• Identifies operational inefficiencies and develops scalable solutions to improve performance
• Partners with technology teams to implement digital mortgage capabilities and AI-enabled workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in mortgage operations or related financial services roles
• Deep knowledge of the mortgage lifecycle including various operational functions
• Experience leading operational transformation initiatives or process reengineering programs
• Experience implementing automation technologies and AI-enabled mortgage technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field
