Mortgage Operations Transformation VP

Job Summary

Leading the strategic redesign of mortgage operations, the full-time remote Mortgage Operations Transformation VP will optimize workflows across the mortgage lifecycle, leveraging emerging technologies and process innovations to enhance efficiency and borrower experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the redesign of the end-to-end mortgage operating model across various functions including sales, processing, and underwriting
• Identifies operational inefficiencies and develops scalable solutions to improve performance and cycle times
• Implements AI-enabled operational workflows and partners with technology teams to modernize mortgage operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in mortgage operations or related financial services roles
• Deep knowledge of the mortgage lifecycle including all operational functions
• Experience leading operational transformation initiatives or process reengineering programs
• Experience with automation technologies such as RPA and intelligent process automation
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
