Job Summary

Mortgage Paralegal - FL Licensed, a full-time position that supports Legal and Compliance teams by managing litigation and regulatory matters in a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and responses to subpoenas and legal requests
• Conduct legal and factual research to support filings and internal reports
• Manage legal e-billing and maintain case management systems

Required Qualifications and Education

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in financial services
• Paralegal Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, and/or Paralegal Certification preferred
• Experience supporting in-house legal teams or law firms
• Familiarity with corporate governance and risk management preferred
• Previous experience as a contract administrator preferred
