Job Summary
To drive the growth of Home Lending products, the full-time Mortgage Partnership Manager will build and manage relationships with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs), focusing on meeting sales goals through outside sales activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Builds and maintains profitable lending and deposit relationships with new and existing COIs and clients through proactive outside sales efforts
- Consults with clients to understand their home lending needs and promotes U.S. Bancorp products and services accordingly
- Represents the bank at civic and community functions to enhance brand image and develop new business opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in mortgage lending, relationship banking, or a related sales role
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and relationship management
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, home lending processes, and market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building a profitable pipeline
