Job Summary
Driving Truework's partner ecosystem in the mortgage industry, the full-time salaried Demand & Integration Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of POS and LOS partnerships, sign new integration agreements, and develop go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage Truework's portfolio of POS, LOS, and demand partnerships across the mortgage ecosystem
- Sign new integration agreements to expand market reach and optimize existing partnerships
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with priority partners to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or alliances, with at least 3 years in fintech or financial services SaaS
- Direct experience with mortgage industry systems such as LOS and POS platforms
- Proven track record of managing channel or marketplace motions and executing joint go-to-market plans
- Strong commercial fluency with experience negotiating agreements with C-suite stakeholders
- Data fluency to track partner performance and model commercial trade-offs
