Key Responsibilities

Prepare and package credit and legal documentation for delivery to relevant parties
Receive, audit, and follow up on closing package documents with title companies
Input data into investor delivery systems and ensure data integrity prior to transmission

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
One to two years of related experience in mortgage banking
Excellent organizational skills
