Key Responsibilities

Prioritize and monitor daily workflows and tasks related to loan processing
Review loan files for compliance and prepare documentation for final processing
Collaborate with operations to resolve post-closing issues and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Encompass
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related industry experience
Thorough understanding of federal regulations such as RESPA, TILA, and TRID
4-6 years of experience in Closer/Funder/Post-Closer roles
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
