Mortgage Post-Closing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Post-Closing Manager to oversee post-closing activities in the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-closing operations, ensuring timely delivery of loan packages and compliance with standards
• Oversee collateral management, including preparation and shipment of original documents to warehouse banks
• Ensure compliance with government insuring requirements and maintain quality control standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage post-closing, shipping, or secondary market experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in mortgage operations
• Expert-level knowledge of Encompass and TRID regulations
• Strong understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, and/or non-QM loan products
• Previous remote work experience desired
