Mortgage Pre-Approval Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage loan officer schedules and appointments
• Handle incoming calls and schedule weekly meetings based on branch metrics
• Maintain branch checklists, files, and assist in building clientele at branch events

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of residential mortgage experience
• Experience with Encompass is required
• Knowledge of RESPA and mortgage lending regulations preferred
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
