Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service by assisting borrowers with understanding loan programs and documentation
Review and audit income and asset documentation to ensure loan stability
Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure the best loan structure based on borrower circumstances

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
