Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Mortgage Pre-Approval Specialist will manage the loan process from start to finish, assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with borrowers to explain loan programs, costs, and documentation requirements
• Review and audit mortgage files, verifying income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best financial program structure for borrowers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Excellent math and analytical skills
