Mortgage Process Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Mortgage Process Specialist will become a product expert, manage integrations, and create documentation while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Become a Vesta product expert, testing functionality and documenting test cases
• Collaborate with partner integrations to configure and map data across platforms
• Work with customer implementation teams to develop comprehensive documentation for loan fulfillment workflows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, with knowledge of mortgage systems and Loan Origination Systems
• Technical proficiency, including familiarity with API documentation and data schemas
• Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, basic SQL, or scripting for data validation
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, early-stage team environment
