Job Summary
A company is looking for a Processing Assistant (US Mortgage).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and manage mortgage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates
- Monitor and organize the leads inbox efficiently
- Assist in reviewing and organizing loan application documents
Qualifications:
- Experience in U.S mortgage processing or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of mortgage lead management and loan processing workflows
- Proficiency in CRM systems and mortgage software like Encompass, Blend, and Salesforce (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
