Job Summary

Supporting the Mortgage Advisor, the full-time hybrid Production Partner will manage lead follow-ups, assist with loan applications, and ensure documentation is complete while maintaining communication with referral partners.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations for the Mortgage Advisor
• Collect borrower information and assist in completing loan applications accurately
• Review and organize documents before submitting files for pre-approval

Required qualifications

• Minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a high level of personal energy and accountability
• Experience with CRM systems for tracking lead and pipeline activity
