• Review initial borrower loan credit files and coordinate with processors for document collection
• Examine and validate documents to ensure completeness for loan approval submission

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of mortgage processing experience or comparable mortgage experience
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage processing or closing experience
• Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
