A company is looking for a Processing Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own new-hire onboarding and create structured learning paths for mortgage processors
• Design and deliver ongoing training programs for existing team members
• Develop and maintain curriculum and enablement materials to ensure compliance and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in mortgage processing, pipeline management, or operations
• Proven experience in training, coaching, or enablement with a focus on adult learning principles
• Expert understanding of loan processing workflows and documentation standards
• Proficiency in AUS and LOS systems, along with strong Excel/reporting skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across departments
