Mortgage Processing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processing Manager to oversee mortgage loan processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review loan application pipelines to ensure timely processing and compliance with deadlines
• Provide support and guidance to mortgage loan processors, including mentoring and training on policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure quality standards and resolve any operational issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5-7 years of experience in mortgage loans preferred
• Experience as a Loan Processing Manager or Supervisor is advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of various loan programs and federal/state regulations
• Proficiency in mortgage loan origination systems, preferably Encompass
• Recent experience in mortgage processing is required
