Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of Loan Processors and Team Leads
• Maintain compliance with mortgage regulations and manage a personal loan pipeline
• Update procedures and collaborate with tech teams to streamline workflows

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of mortgage processing experience, including various loan types
• Solid understanding of TRID, ECOA, HMDA, and related mortgage regulations
• Proficient in AUS platforms and LOS software
• Demonstrated leadership or team mentoring experience
