Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance to a team of processors to meet company standards
• Lead and motivate a remote team, ensuring maximum production efficiencies
• Manage personnel functions including hiring, training, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a processing management role in a high volume, consumer direct mortgage environment within the last three years
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Pivots
• Knowledge of compliance with state and federal laws and industry regulations
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in business, finance, or a related field
• Strong PC skills and experience with mortgage origination systems
