Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager to oversee the mortgage loan processing team and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise processing staff to ensure efficient and compliant mortgage loan processing
• Manage relationships between loan officers and processors, resolving issues to maintain workflow
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to meet production metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finances, Administration, or 5 years of management experience in the mortgage industry
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or equivalent position
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and an electronic Loan Origination System
