Mortgage Processing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processing and Closing Manager who will oversee mortgage loan processing and closing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mortgage loan processing and closing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Lead and manage processing and closing staff, including training and performance management
• Monitor pipeline volume and serve as the escalation point for complex issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 6 years of related mortgage lending operations experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in mortgage processing and/or closing
• Experience in mortgage lending operations with progressive responsibility for at least 6 years
• Demonstrated experience with residential mortgage products, including conventional and government loans
• Experience working with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS)
