Mortgage Processing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote mortgage processing team, the full-time salaried Processing Manager will oversee the end-to-end processing of residential mortgage loans while managing a personal pipeline and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Loan Processors and Team Leads
• Manage daily workflow and resource allocation to meet service level expectations
• Monitor compliance with TRID, ECOA, HMDA, and investor requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of mortgage processing experience
• Strong experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-Agency loan products
• Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage compliance requirements
• Proven leadership and team development experience
