Mortgage Processing Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processing Team Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training and coaching Processors while ensuring loan files meet regulatory standards
• Lead a team of up to 10 Processors and assist with their daily pipeline management
• Process loan applications, clear conditions, and maintain confidentiality of client files

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in processing and/or reverse mortgage
• Solid working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• High energy and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Experience in customer service and analytical skills
