Mortgage Processor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Communicate with various parties to gather and clear underwriting conditions
- Maintain knowledge of industry compliance standards and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years residential mortgage processing experience on agency products strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of PC and MS Office products
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Foundational knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo loans preferred
- Ability to work varying hours and overtime if needed
