Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor responsible for processing various types of loans in accordance with company and industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data for new loans into the Loan Origination System (LOS) for initial submission
• Maintain communication with all parties involved in the loan process and track incoming data for verification
• Prepare loans for closing by collecting necessary documentation and notifying the Closing Department in advance

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, and USDA loan processing guidelines
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Completion of mandatory company trainings within required timelines
