Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor to handle loan processing tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify, compile, and input mortgage loan application information
• Review loan applications for completeness and compliance with standards
• Submit mortgage loan files for underwriting approval and communicate with relevant parties regarding documentation

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan processing experience or completion of Xinnix Training with a mentor
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to make sound judgments and exercise independent judgment
• Organizational skills to prioritize workload effectively
• Experience overseeing junior loan processors, if applicable
