Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor to manage loan applications and ensure accuracy in the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage a pipeline of refinance and purchase loans
• Communicate effectively with external and internal parties throughout the loan process
• Request, gather, and analyze necessary documentation for underwriting approval

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage processing industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and FHA guidelines
• Ability to maintain a pipeline of 30-40 loans of mixed variety
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS and related mortgage products
• Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
