Key Responsibilities

• Review loan submissions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all documentation is received
• Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, and contractors to gather necessary information and resolve issues
• Prepare files for underwriting by verifying financial documentation and managing timelines effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Strong knowledge of Agency, Non-QM, FHA, VA, and renovation loan products and guidelines
• Familiarity with loan origination systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Positive attitude and desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
