Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor to manage the processing of various types of loans in accordance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data on new loans into the Loan Origination System (LOS) for initial submission
• Maintain communication with all parties involved in the loan process and track incoming data for verification
• Prepare loans for closing by collecting required documentation and notifying the Closing Department in advance

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum internet bandwidth of 20 mbps download and 3 mbps upload for remote work
