Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Managing individual pipelines, the remote Mortgage Processor will support Originators by reviewing documents for underwriting, ensuring compliance, and maintaining processing timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage individual pipeline to meet monthly closing production goals
• Timely review and submit all file documents for underwriting in the required format
• Stay current on agency guidelines and assist with closing, post-closing, or funding issues

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of Mortgage Processing experience required
• Knowledge of mortgage business and documentation
• Ability to understand and stay current with mortgage guidelines and regulations
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
